Behind the scenes: a week with our team
Clients see the result; this note shows a little of what happens before it. Our week is organised around a simple idea: protect time for careful work, and keep communication clear and regular.
Mondays: planning
We review every ongoing project, confirm next steps and share them with clients so everyone knows what is coming.
Midweek: focused work
Most of the week is spent doing the work itself, with fewer meetings and more time for the details that make a difference.
Fridays: review and follow-up
We check what was done, answer open questions and prepare the next week. It is also when we look back at feedback to keep improving.
