2. A written proposal
You receive a clear proposal with the scope, the steps, the timing and the cost. Nothing starts until you have read it and agreed to it.
3. The work itself
We keep you informed at every stage, with short updates and decisions explained in plain words. If something changes, we discuss it with you before acting.
4. Delivery and follow-up
We hand over the result, check that everything works as expected and stay available afterwards for questions or adjustments.
